BOOK A TEE TIME

While walk-ins are welcome, we reco a RESO. It secures your group a table and unlimited Lob play. Please note your full group must arrive to be seated. When you book your reso please let us know if you are not planning to eat.

CHECK IN

Jeans and t-shirt or suit and tie…come as you are and we’ll be there to welcome you. Feel free to LEARN HOW TO LOB before your first visit, but rest assured that our Professional Lob Pros will be onsite to teach you tips and tricks of the game.

Nope! But a cover charge must be paid by everyone who enters.

Children as young as 7 can have success with Lob. It’s a great game for multigenerations! Note: We are a 19+ venue after 9pm.

Yes. Lob was designed to be fully accessible. Guests in wheelchairs are asked to enter Lob via the main entrance of 100 Broadview, following the ramp down to the lower level hallway to our entrance. After 6:00pm please call our main number, 416.583.1516, for access

Yes. For groups of 9-20 you can book a group package online. For groups 20+, please fill out the group reservation form and our dedicated group booking coordinator will respond.

There is street parking and a few nearby parking lots.

Absolutely! It must be nut free. The cake cutting fee is $15.

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Lob. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods on our Site: Credit Card. We use payment processors Authorize.net and Stripe and are not in possession of any CC details nor do we have access to that information. When you provide us with your credit card, you authorize our use of and access to the credit card. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to the credit card. If we believe your payment has violated any law or there Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction. 

Gift Cards & Lob Bundles

Gift Cards & Lob Bundles are processed through GiftUp.

Shipping and Delivery

When you purchase physical goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through standard delivery by post. Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays. You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase. You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Products with QR Codes

All QR code products are valid for one use and can only be scanned once. The Lob Bundle (5 Pass) is the only exception where the QR code can be scanned 5 times. You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery email address. We are not liable for the delivery of your QR code to the wrong email address or the wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information. QR codes do not contain any personal information.

Refunds for Goods

Refunds do not apply for Game Play and any Game Play Packages. All products are final sale; however, they are not tied to a specific date. However, if your item is damaged or defective, we will work with you to find the best solution. Please contact us at 416.583.1516.

Our Site contains links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or services linked to on our Site. It is your responsibility to read terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third-party websites before using these sites.

Lob and our directors, owners, agents, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
